Hi All,
Several people asked that I summarize my experience with the gluten-free puff pastry. The puff pastry did not puff up when baked (as the name states). I was wiling to work around the flat pastry if it tasted fine. However, it did not. Consequently, my recipe was a disaster and I ended up throwing it out. I was very disappointed, and at $9.00 a box, I am not willing to give it another try.
