Hello everyone:
I have an opportunity to travel to India in the New Year & I am wondering if I will be safe. The group will be in the south which I read is more rice based than the north which is more wheat. However, I have also read about cross contamination issues and that asafetida (which is used quite a bit) is often mixed with wheat. My decision will need to be made soon so I hope some of you can provide me with more information so I can make an informed decision. Thanks.
Mary in AZ
