My recent Summary about xanthan gum producing gluten-like reactions included
comments about other gums also being problematic for some of us. It also
included a couple of possible substitutes for the gums.

New Questions:

What have you tried to use as a GF substitute for the gums?

What observations can you share? Please include the failures: things that
seemed like reasonable substitutes that just didn't work.

I will summarize.
