Hi, has anyone with Celiac tried GlutenEase and does it really work?  I thought I ingested Gluten by mistake this weekend so I bought it thinking it may help lessen the severity of the symptoms, however, it was a false alarm.    I now have a full bottle of this product and I was wondering if it would help with cross contamination accidents.  Maybe it will come in handy on my upcoming vacation.
Thanks!
