Not sure on those but some chargers the green means it's charging, some it 
means it's done so it's hard to say without knowing that radio.

Can anyone tell me if the light on the chrger vase is suppose to turn green
when the thing is fully charged. Charged over night and a hour later with
about 1 minute of transmit time I started getting low voltage warnings.
