Steve:

Northumberland was really rare this year, and, to be honest, I might have
just plain lucked out.

Right before I worked Northumberland, I worked Mike (N3LI as a rover out in
Western PA, and I commented that Northumberland was the only one I was
missing. And, there he was, right after my QSO with Mike.

I was almost becoming convinced that I wouldn't get the sweep, but would
have tried till the bitter end.

Your 728 total is quite impressive. I worked a few guys up in the low 1
thousands, but you were right up there.

Glad the equipment worked well for you throughout the contest.

I didn't have any problems here, except for a few CW qsos when it became
apparent that I wasn't getting out because I had hit the split button by
mistake. Fortunately, my split was just a few KC's up the band on 40
meters. The split button is right below the filter selection button on the
TS590, so I'll have to be extra careful not to make that mistake again.

Was only for a minute or two, though. (smile)

Tom, that's great. i missed Northumberland, so fell one short. You
can get instructions for ordering the plaque on the web page (they're not
free).

You had one of the higher QSO totals from out of state, and I won't be
surprised if you get first place from Michigan again this year.
K2SSS from eastern New York probably ran away with the outside of PA
crown. I didn't hear N4PN at all this weekend. He usually takes it.

I finished with 728QSO's. Just over 40 percent was CW. That is a
very high percentage for me.

Glad I decided to use the solid state amp since I wound up doing a lot
of band changes. The amp didn't fault once, thanks to the alc fix
done by kenwood last year.

Don't think I worked anyone else from the list, but always nice to get you
in the log. I did work Scott N3FJP the software guy.

Congrats again. You'll probably need to have the walls painted to show off
your new plaque.
