The TMG707A will speak the pL tones. That has the VS3 in it not the VGS1. I 
had a couple of them in the past. It's a very simple radio to use, the one 
problem these days it has no DCS tones just PL tones and we have a couple 
repeaters up by me that use DCS. One of them you might be able to hit in 
fact the 146.775 DCS D244 repeater in West Bridgewater. That thing has a 
huge footprint.
