Hi Rick: 
I'd get sighted help with this 1, preferably someone who knows their way 
around electronic components. I'd get a can of compressed air from your 
local best buy or walmart and maybe a fellow ham buddy to help you. Was the 
amp from a smoking shack? if this is the case and you think there maybe 
something more than just a little dust in there, you might want to get 
someone skilled in amp trouble shooting to strip her down and go over each 
component with a non abrasive cleaner.
