It's not really that much different from Windows 7. I went from 7 to 10,
and for the most part, it works great. Not sure why I am getting the Mirror
Display Driver Error when I launch Jaws when it did not show this issue on
Windows 7. System Access and Jaws both work great. I personally like the
menu that comes up when I hit Windows Key plus X.

Windows 10 takes some getting used to but both JAWS and NVDA work with it.
I think the biggest hurdle is the Windows 10 interface, if you are moving
from Windows 7
