I have faroid chokes on the cables. Who knows maybe taking them off may
help.
It gets curiouser and curiouser.
I get 82 watts out according to the lg1 watt meter with a 1.2 SWR.
With the ts-590. I put that alone on the supply, tightened down the nuts
and with it alone I got a reading of 45 watts out with the same SWR.
Hooked up both cords, tightened down the nuts again and its back to 82 watts
out.
Something very funny is going on.
I'll get the DC volt meter out another day.

That's a weird one!
did you say you'd put ferite chokes on the cables? If not and you have
snap-on chokes about, might be worth a try.
Can't be a voltage issue or the 590 wouldn't work. Kinda has to be R.F.
"It says here!" <GRIN>
