Hi Frank and others,I'm not sure how they change the layout.  It might have 
been in the way the circuits boards.  Kenwood might have changed it so they

I must differ, the mike for the TMV71A will work on the TM-V7A, butPF butto=
ns will not work.  The correct mikes for the TM-V7A are the MC53DM andd the=
