Hi all!

Remember that outage Skype experienced back on September that caused a bit
of a panic on this list recently?

Well, today, I got an Email from Skype that apologised for the interruption
in service, and promised that 20 minutes of free time was being added to my
account to demonstrate that they realise that saying sorry isn't enough.
That was a nice surprise.
