Your right Phil but you do hear them vocationally from some of the old 
Russian satellite countries.  They seem to open and close the bands but they 
also seem to be a bit high on keeping up without a lot of work.  73

I heard a guy using a 5 band quad today on 20 sideband.  You don't hear as
many quads on these days compared to when I got licensed back in the mid
60s.
