There are 3 buttons just to the left of the volume control. The middle
button is the a=b button.

With radio off, press and hold the a=b button while you press the power
button. Then release both buttons.

The 2000 has no speech for the reset, however a message comes up on the
display asking if you want to continue. Press the a=b button to continue
with the reset. If you either wait several seconds without hitting the
key, or if you hit any other key, the reset will abort.


When the reset completes, the radio will go to 14 mhz.
