I went to the NFB convention in NO in 1997. it was one of the most fun times
i ever had. I didn't attend much of the NFB stuff, but it was a great way to
see NO and have a room in a great hotel for $45 a night. I was saddened to
hear that that hotel and the surrounding area were devistated by Katrina.

Orlando is definitely hot in the Summer, but so is New Orleans. People are
always asking when will we have a convention here? I tell them I don't
know.

I wish we would get back into some traffic on the frequency, but of course
conventions are very busy times.

Don't remind me! Never again for any reason.
