Hi everyone. 
How would I find someone to do the prayer sessions with me that Phil uses in his books? I don't currently have a church home... that I'm praying about too. But I think these sessions would help me get over some longheld guilt... shame... and the lying spirit that always seems to find me. I'm praying against that right now... but is this intercessory prayer something I can do on my own? Or do I have to find someone who is trained to help me.
