When I'm having trouble with a web page, I try different screen readers 
and different browsers. Every once in a while, Narrator is the one that 
gives me the best results. this is true in Windows 10, and it was true 
in Windows 8 and 8.1. You have to learn Narrator commands, of course. I 
can't wait for the new, more intuitive set.
