Lately, when I visit most websites I first get top bottom.  If I wait 
long enough,
sometimes, but not always, it will go ahead and load the page.  I'm 
using window
eyes 8.4 I think it is and windows 7.  I used to go on qvc, for 
example,  and immediately
would get loads of info; now it's this top/bottom nonsense.  The thing 
is this used
to happen once in a great while but now it is a common happening. Any ideas?
