Glad you got a resolution.
I got one to, but it cost me $208. Ouch!!!
My speaker got distorted, and somehow the USB port biffed the mother board.
I was very careful with it, but I wonder if pluging it in to the big audio
system and the computer to charge it caused a ground loop that eventually
did damage?
They are always connected by audio cables anyway.
Both problems apeared out at my daughter's.
It's a subburb, so maybe the stream doesn't like republican electricity?
You'd think that would be more stable, and less likely to change than
democratic electricity, but who knows!!!
Anyway, a replacement stream with a year warrantee will be here in 7-10
business days.
Yes my warrantee was up last December.

Buddy, clearly your persistance paid off. Just proves the greasy wheel gets
the squeak, ono it's the other way around! Anyway that's great about you
getting a new unit from HW. It's also great that you offered them a new
customer service template to use for other future complaints. That idea of
sending you pictures of the problems with your VR Stream are utterly
rediculous. Good luck and keep us informed on the status of your situation.
