Tom,

AdwCleaner might do this for you.  I used it to remove other toolbars.

If you are having the problem with IE, then just look in the IE tab after you do the scan.

You could also use malware bytes, but it may identify other things and MB isn't quite as accessible.  You might have to open its scan log in notepad to look at the results before you do the removal.
