I'm not sure what operating system or screen reader you're using, but
try hitting alt+f to get into the file pull down. Now you can arrow down
to book marks and then right arrow to get into your list of book marks
and some other book mark related options.
I do this with JAWS, and it also works with ChromeVox on Linux.
