Hello Albert and others who are interested in this topic. I talked with someone who used to be a key member of the HandiHams program, as I, too, want to study for my technician license. I have heard that pat Tice has retired and that the program is in a state of uncertainty right now.
If anyone has other ideas on how one can successfully study for the license, I'm open to suggestions. Also, I will contact my friend who had some involvement in HandiHams and see if there have been any recent developments in the program.

Good morning Harry, I'm currently in the process of trying too study for
my Technician license too become a ham Radio operator. I'm trying too find out, if there are any updated MP3 files that I can download from their web site, but when I go too the handi hams web page, I keep getting a message that says something about a certificate not being up too date. I even tried writing too the ARRl's web page, too see if I could email A Guy
named Pat Tice who did something like this some years ago, And they never
wrote or responded too my email. If you'd like, You can get in touch with me by phone at 212 (366-6748)

Hi all,
If any of you on the list are ham operators, and you would like to read the handiham weekly eletter, there is an archive page that starts with 2008, and goes through 2016. Each link is a different month.
Just use your down arrow key to get to know the page, from the top of the page.
I needed to find this page, because some of the eletters I saved, word pad could not read, for whatever reason. Thankfully, I found this page on freelists. the link for the page is http://www.freelists.org/archive/handiham-world
Harry
