Hi Harry,
I've had this happen when the doc is set up such that page 2 is to the right
of page 1; then page 3 is directly below page 1 with page 4 to its right,
directly below page 2. I have no idea how one would even create a doc like
this & have only seen one or two like it. Unfortunately I never found a
good way to restructure the doc such that all the pages were vertically
aligned. I just ended up reading page 1, then moving the cursor to the
right & finding the top of page 2 & reading it then moving the cursor back
to page 1 and moving down to page 3 etc. You might try the go to page
function, cntl +G. I don't think that worked for me but it was a long time
ago; maybe it will work now.
Good luck,
Sherry Wells

Subject: [VICUG-L] jaws and word are not working correctly
Hi all,
I'm using windows 10, and jaws 17, on a desktop computer.
Here's the problem. When I'm in word, it skips from page 1 to page 3,
or, from page 2 to page 4, and so on. However, when I'm at the bottom of
page 1, and I press control right arrow, it does go to page 2, and I can
read the text of page 2.
I have never had this problem before! I did do a shut down, and then
turned the computer back on, and it still does the same thing.
I'm thinking about just using word pad to do my word processing, but
word pad, has no spell checker.
Anyone have a solution?
Harry
