Jeff,
If you're talking about the free Window-Eyes version for users of
Microsoft Office, the answer is yes. If you have Office 2010 or later
installed (except for Office Starter Edition) then Window-Eyes will work
in the same way and offers the same screen reading capabilities found in
the commercial version. The free version does not provide Eloquence or
Vocalizer but you can purchase them as separate packages. You also don't
get free support, although they do offer free support regarding
installation issues. However, support packages for the free version can
be purchased. I'm running it on my Windows 10 machine and it works just
like the commercial version.

If you get a 64-bit computer, before playing any media files, make sure that "Enable 64-Bit Processes For Enhanced Protected Mode" is turned on, even if you don't use the enhanced protected mode--some of the media files from the Internet will upload very slowly if this is not done. You can enable this feature under the Advance settings in theInternet Options page on the Tools menu. Good luck.
