Hi All,
I'm the owner of a discussion group for blind and low-vision yarn
crafters on google Groups. I'm hoping I can get help with other Google
Groups list owners managing spam.
Recently I've received some messages from Google Groups warning me of
possible spam. Messages include an Approve link. Pressing enter on that
link takes me to the web, of course, a page where I can read all the
list messages Google Groups thinks may be spam.
I'm not sure what to do next. Each message has a Spam check box. there's
also an icon that shows me all the sender information (IP address, etc).
And I think there's an Expand/Collapse icon so I can arrow through the
message or hear a snippet of it. but I'm not finding any links, buttons,
or dropdowns for Approving the messages. I've tried searching for
additional controls both before and after checking boxes and clicking on
the other icons, but I'm not finding anything.
The last time I received spam warnings, I remember having to check
messages, then pressing enter on an approve link or button.
any thoughts on what I'm missing. I'm using Windows 8.1, firefox, and
Jaws 15. I'll try NVDA, but I don't know ... missing a whole control
seems odd.
Ciao
