The Twitter website is accessible, and once you get used to working with 
it, you can find what you need and do what you want though I always do 
some muddling if I haven't used it in a while. I personally can't get 
into Twitter on the PC.

I find Twitter a lot more enjoyable on my Android device. I can scroll 
through the tweets when I've got a moment, and even things like replying 
and posting, which I don't do very often, seem a lot easier on the phone 
or tablet than on the computer.

So if you use an iPhone or Android, this may work better for you too.
