I am on the RPLIST which is also hosted by ICORS.  Our moderator and tech
person  have  recently resolved problems  for road runner subscribers and
some others, including Yahoo, and others that I don't recall.  The problems
started months ago and were erratic but got progressively worse and spread
from RR to other ISPs.

I don't know how it was resolved but it took considerable persistence
working with ICORS and the 3 or 4 ISPs.  

I wasn't one of those having the problem but I had a similar problem with
Verizon about 3-4 years ago which I resolved with Verizon directly.

I suggest that you contact the ICORS people to get them involved.

Hello all, I am just wondering if their are any users of Roadrunner e-mail
programs who are having trouble sending out mail? I have had trouble off and
on the last day or so and I get back messagest indicating that a server is
sending out spam, and the people I am sending to are not getting m'y mail.
I have not had any complaints about spam but their is a handful of people
who I cannot send to.
