Hi:
I listened to a little of the contest on W0ZSW, and heard one of the
contesters explain its required info. One thing that has me puzzled is the
"check" requirement as I was first licensed as a Novice back in 1975/6-can't
remember exact year as WA1ZHB, but that ticket lapsed, and I had to start
from "scratch" after move, and vision loss, and am now an Extra with the
call-WA4DSP.
If I were in that contest, and was asked for my "check"(date of first
licensing), what should be my reply?
Sincerely,
DSP

I heard at least three hams during the contest, stopping to explain to the
person calling, how the exchanges work and the order they should be in and
what each one meant. Pretty good ham etiquette for such mean contesters,
and bad ass ham contest stations, haha.
Phil.
