Steve,
Explored a lot of that, the attic is partly finished and it's nearly
impossible to get to the edges of it near walls where stuff could be run.
I'd thought of that idea of twin lead and two baluns, might be entertaining.
I'll look around for 50 to 300 ohm baluns. T.V. twin lead would probably
just fit through between window frame and window.
