Hi Lou!
Launch settings centre with insert numrow 6.
Press control plus shift plus d for default configuration.
Then type language in the search box.
You should see 3 results. The first will be detect language. It will be
checked by default.
I suppose you'll want to uncheck it if you don't want the detection to
happen.
Finally, press alt plus f4 to close settings centre.
