I would have asked for a full refund, and gone somewhere
else. Terrible ordeal, given the fact that the radio crapped the bed
out of the box.
I'd also write a letter to the higher-ups and complain about not
promoting customer goodwill. In fact, most companies, as you know,
make money on repeat business. Well, guess you probably won't go
back to them again; I wouldn't.
Just my thoughts. I'd sure see red if I was given those
