My club, the Haywood County Amateur Radio Club operated in downtown Clyde
NC. We had 5 stations and about 15 operators.

We had a 20M dipole, a 40M dipole, a k5rp, a 20 meter vertical quad and
something else, don't remember.

I worked from 2PM until around6 and got only 2 contacts, both on 40M SSB.
My fellow hams were all batting about the same. By nightfall we had less
than 100 contacts total. Most of the contacts were on the 20M vertical
quad.

We had several periods of rain but no lightning nearby. The band conditions
were very poor for most of the day. I don't know how things were on Sunday.

We all still had a good time.
