Do you use it with the wave files from Kimberly?

This is where the cut-off occurs.  The word duplicate  is still spoken, but
it's cut off by the call wave file when the software automatically puts you
back in the call field if you have a duplicate contact.

Again, not a big deal--just something I have experienced.
