Steve:
What in the world do you think this is, and where do you think it might have
come from?
Is this really saying you are banned from participating in certain contests,
or that any logs you submit will not be considered?
This truly disturbs me, and doesn't seem to be at all in the spirit of ham
radio.
And, it sure doesn't help encourage people like me who are learning the
ropes of contesting.
Or, perhaps I'm misunderstanding something.

Subject: I've been blacklisted
Got a postcard in the mail with no call or return address. Postmarked
Richmond VA, and a sticker on the rear printed thus:
**
You would be helping a lot of people by uploading your logs to LoTW; you're
now blacklisted in tests. Removed your call from super/partial check. Sorry.
**
I thought they stopped blacklisting people in the '50's. Guess I'll never
work in Hollywood again.
