Well, I think I found a fix. If I am on one side of the bed in my room here at the hotel Wi-Fi will work but I'm the other side even though pick the network up it won't. My guess is is that one of the sites that the phone is connecting to for the Wi-Fi isn't working very well or very slow but another side of the bed it's working just fine.
