Tom, have you had good experiences with the 998? I use a Nye Viking manual
tuner on 80 meters, the only band I need a tuner for. I have considered
buying an auto-tuner, but don't know which one would be the most reliable
and capable of handling a lot of goo.

Speaking of reliability, I recently fried my LDG TW-1. It sure smelled bad
when I was cooking it, Hi.
