In the body of the message, type either subscribe blind-hams or unsubscribe
blind-hams.

Let me know if this works.

Like you, I haven't had to do this for quite a while, but these are the
instructions I kept in case I ever needed them.

I know I have this info somewhere, and have even given it to others over the
years, but now that I need it, I can't find it.
