Hello Steve, remember that a hampod connected to a Power Master II gives you
a lot of info, including a tone for tuning up a tube amp. One nice feature
of this arrangement is that you don't have to worry about melting a TW-1
like I did several weeks ago when I ran a bit over 4.0 KW thru one, Hi. I
bought a 10 KW coupler for my Power Master II, so I don't have to worry
about cooking anything. The TW-1 has a very low threshold for power, and
when you run more goo thru it than you are supposed to, smelly things
happen!

A few days late, but I'll throw this one out: How about an
inline
tuning aid for adjusting manual tuners or tube amps? Most of us
aren't able to dig into the amp to hook up an oscillator, or whatever.
A unit to go in the feedline and act like a TW-1 with tones for
getting a low SWR, or for tuning an amp for high power would be nice.
