I'm guessing you've already considered and ruled out Windows Defender, 
but if not, that might be an option. It's free, works with JAWS and is 
light on system resources. There are better programs out there that will 
do a slightly better job of catching and protecting you from viruses, 
but between common sense and Windows Defender, I don't feel vulnerable 
when running Windows.
