Hello, Listmates:
My wife and I may be moving to one of those south Florida
gated communities with HOA/deed restrictions preventing overtly visible
antennas shortly after the New Year. In case this occurs, I believe that
some of these subdivisions will allow "flagpoles", or some such thing. I
recall that in past months there was some discussion online regarding a
particular product line of vertical antennas that were in either the 29 foot
or 43 foot lengths. I would appreciate if someone could share the basic
product line website info and perhaps some installation and operational
hints & kinks. And, of course, what is "required" for radials - inasmuch as
some of these residential properties don't have great rear yard space.
I presume that guy wires may be necessary, particularly for
the taller antenna. Although we may not ultimately end up in a too small
yard, deed restricted neighborhood, some stealth antenna information would
be greatly appreciated now rather than later. Thanks in advance for your
assistance.
