Those are indeed good friends to have!

The trick is to not let them get away if you can help it, and to always let
them know however you can, that you truly appreciate what they do.

As we all know, money, and making the most profit that you can on
something,  are not always the most important things in the world.

I happen to have friends who work in a radio shop so they have helped me out
with those in the past. They're not the type who get broken radios in and
throw them away and try to sell new ones, they take the time, often on OT
and fix them.
