But can you do it with the case completely closed?

That's my question.

The top cover, with the magnets on it, does not seem to have a hole to
accommodate the charging jack.

This isn't a big problem--just an annoyance.

Tom, do you have the right case?
The charger plugs in on the bottom edge, and there is a hole for it.

The case does fit very tightly, so perhaps a little massaging will do the
trick.

The other thing I don't like about the case is that you can't close it and
charge the unit at the same time, because there is no hole in the top cover
to accommodate the plug to the charger.

Oh well, life isn't perfect, I guess.  (smile)

I'm able to do it. I didn't modify the hole. Perhaps masaage it a little,
and it will play nice.
