I'd be careful with that.  
If the caps are not in great shape, you may need to build up the voltage to them gradually.

Just a thought or two on cleaning your amp.  If it has been well stored, 
then, blowing it out with a vacuum cleaner may be the only thing you have to 
do.  Should this be the case, then, letting it warm up for a day or two will 
give the tubes a chance to reacquaint themselves with working again.  A 
sighted person could tell you whether much dust has settled in the amp.  If 
well stored, you would be good to go.
