Looking for something whose accuracy will track pretty well with a typical 
Doc's or Hospital's unit.
We have, 1, blind and 2 sighted diabetics, and one sighted non-diabetic 
who's facing a heart procedure June1, in the family, and could use an 
accurate talking device.
Seems to me that some of you are using such a device, and any _Must Get or 
_Must Avoid, observations would be welcome!
