Steve:

I finally did find W1AW/KH8 on 28.025 as our net ended, but he was extremely
light here. Could copy the pileup 1 KC up fine, but couldn't break through.

Tried 21.027 a few minutes ago, and heard nothing from him, or any
associated pileup.

My next shot will be 20 meters a little later if he is on.

One thing that was a bit confusing was that he didn't identify very often.
Just gave a 59, and indicated that he was operating split up 1 KC. He only
seemed to identify once every 5 minutes or so.

Anyway, I'll keep trying. ... It sure would be nice to have a tower and beam
for this kind of thing. (grin)

Hopefully, he will be on again for another week before the event ends, but I
don't know for sure.

Will keep you and everyone posted.

Tom,

If you didn't get him on 10, check out 21.027- a bit stronger here than the
28.025
