A recent survey shows that one of the top areas of need for the gluten-free community are more choices and better options of restaurants that understand the concerns of a gluten-free consumer. This includes staff training about cross-contamination, more clearly marked menu items, and a general overall education on the seriousness of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivities (NCGS). As a follow up to gather more detailed information, please take the time to complete this short, 5 question survey entitled "Restaurant Choices for the Gluten-Free Customer". Results of this survey are anonymous and will not be implemented for any commercial use.
