HI all,

With all due respect, I am obviously missing something here. What does Time
Warner have to do with the ability to listen to radio stations with the
Victor Reader Stream? Is this a problem because TW is the wi fi provider?
If so, is wi fi working with anything else like an IPhone? Is wi fi working
on the computer such that you can bring up a radio station using an internet
browser? If the answer to the last 2 questions is yes, then the problem
would seem to be with the Stream. If you can't even use wi fi to listen to
a radio station on the computer, then this is a tw problem & I'd insist on
speaking to a supervisor & explaining that the Stream is not the only
device not working properly with wi fi. You certainly should not have to be
paying for something that is not working.

Sorry if I'm totally missing the problem. I've not known anyone who used TW
for anything other than cable tv so am a bit confused.
