Hello there. someone gave me a website years ago that you could pay like $20 or what ever for study materials for what ever license class you could study for. You get refunded if you fail, or something like that. I hope this person I'm going to give this site to won't fail of corse. Can anyone tell me that site again? I don't seem to have saved it in my ham links book marks folder.
