Speaking of IPhone questions...  I have a IPhone 5 and when I updated it to
IOS 8.2 something's don't work any more.  One thing is that I can't lower
the volume on SERI any more.  I use to be able to hit the down volume on the
side of the phone and it would lower the volume but now it doesn't do
anything and SERI is at 100 percent all the time.  Is there a setting I'm
missing?  I looked every where and can't find anything.  I and all the
people around me would appreciate any help.

Yes, airplane mode prevents wireless and blubooth from functioning all in
one simple step.
