Hello Colin, I don't put a 1 before any number I either call or text to.
About 75% of my texts go thru, and about %25 come back with delivery failed
messages.

Hey Alan:
so what exactly happens when you try to send a text message?
Give us an idea of how you are trying to send and what happens? IE, do you
get a delivery failure message or something?
Could it be something as simple as not putting the 1 in front of the area
code etc?
If not then give us a step by step explanation of what you are doing.

Subject: Problems sending text messages

When sending text messages to most people I have no problem. However, I
can't seem to send texts to perhaps 25% of the numbers I try to text. Some
of the problem numbers are also on Verizon. In all cases, if I can't text
someone, they can't successfully text me either. Does anyone have a
suggestion as to what is going on here? Or not going on, HiHi.
